Duties and functions:

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Experience in similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree/ Computer Engineering or in fields related to systems engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Sound experience in managing people, resources and technological infrastructures.Experience in the management and scaling of technology teams.
• Have a clear vocation for automation, integration, testing, security and interoperability in high-performance environments.
• AWS experience in teams on high-availability, big data Internet application environments including application and database servers and load balancing systems.
• Ability to work independently / deliver without supervision. Results oriented.
• Ability to work well in a distributed team.
• Strong intra-personal skills with the ability to work well with other team members and clients.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Profile Name: Project Manager

Description:

The PM will be responsible for planning and overseeing the successful implementation of the WinDelivery platform across the various projects in EMEA. They will coordinate processes and people to ensure on-time and
on-budget delivery, ensuring optimal use of resources.

The Project Manager will also act as a liaison point between the GM, the project team and the clients.

Responsibilities:

• Align and define the scope and objectives of the project.
• Estimate the resources required and manage their
  availability and use, both internal and external resources.
• Prepare evaluations based on requirements and track costs to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workflows, and activities, and manage project delivery based on that plan.
• Track projects and report regularly to key stakeholders.
• Manage contracts and commitments with suppliers by assigning clear and defined tasks and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks by adjusting plans and tasks accordingly.
• Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction in project delivery.

Competencies and skills:

• Technical skills and a knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
• Business and commercial skills to manage stakeholder governance.
• Strong analytical skills will be required to identify and anticipate risks and solve any problems that may arise during project development.
• Ability to create and manage estimates and budgets at a numerical level.
• Time and multi-tasking management.

Knowledge:
